Hammerhead — The first fully modular toy blaster platform
Designed from the ground up for experimentation, durability, and ease of assembly, Hammerhead is a high-performance foam dart system built around a rugged, standardized architecture. Every part swaps with precision. Every component is made to evolve.

Why Hammerhead
-
Built for makers and tinkerers who want full control over form and performance
-
Rapidly configurable: swap parts, try new plunger tubes, change barrels, tune springs, and iterate in hours, not weeks
-
Durable engineering with metal catches and hardware that stand up to repeated play and testing
-
Pre-oriented STL files optimized for support-free 3D printing, so parts print cleanly and assemble quickly
What’s in the box (example hardware contents)
-
2 x 9" steel spacers, 6 x 3" steel spacers, 3 x 1" aluminum spacers
-
10.75 ft of 10-32 threaded rods in lengths from 1.5" to 12"
-
7" and 14" 0.509" ID aluminum barrels
-
50 lb pull strength magnet
-
K25 and K26 5.5" springs plus 10 additional springs for tuning
-
30 nuts, 3 washers, 69 screws, 18 O-rings, 6 threaded inserts
What’s new in 2.3
-
Expanded modularity with new interface standards and streamlined cross-compatibility
-
Improved internal airflow with an internal bivalve turnaround design that maximizes flow and minimizes internal drag
-
Bonnethead subvariant support for 1.0" ID plunger tubes common in the hobby scene
-
Performance tuning range of 150-210 FPS using K25 or K26 springs with 7" or 14" barrels
-
Reinforced trigger orientation to prevent snapping under load
System features
-
Modular grip and magwell system for dozens of layouts and ergonomics
-
250+ attachments across a growing library, from stocks and rails to custom aesthetic plates
-
Full-metal catch for long term durability and repeatable engagement
-
Dry-fire friendly and designed to be practically indestructible in normal use
-
Easy to assemble with basic tools and clear build instructions
Forward compatibility
All upcoming Zeroworx blasters will share this attachment ecosystem, so future parts and upgrades plug into the same platform. E-files and hardware kits are sold separately.
Performance and tuning notes
-
Typical tuning window: 150-210 FPS depending on spring and barrel selection
-
Shorter barrels and lighter springs favor faster cycle rates; longer barrels and heavier springs favor peak velocity
-
Parts are pre-oriented to minimize supports and reduce post-processing time
Ready to iterate
Hammerhead is a platform, not a product. Use the hardware kit to experiment, fork new variants, and push the platform forward. If you want a compact, hobby-friendly subvariant, check out the Bonnethead. If you want a demo pistol for new builders, try the Razorback.
Add the Hammerhead to your bench and start building something that lasts.
