Concept to Reality

Hammerhead (PLATFORM)

The Hammerhead is a modular foam dart platform built for experimentation, durability, and straightforward assembly. Its standardized architecture allows every component to be swapped, tuned, and upgraded while maintaining reliable alignment and compatibility. The system is designed for rapid iteration, letting builders change plunger tubes, barrels, and springs quickly without altering the core structure.

Hammerhead (PLATFORM)
Performance
Typical performance range: 150–210 FPS depending on spring and barrel

Shorter barrels optimized for low power springs; longer barrels favor peak velocity

Try not to overtighten the frame, can cause misalignment of the sliding components
Compatibility
Upcoming Zeroworx blasters share the same ecosystem for continued cross-compatibility. E-files and hardware kits are available separately.
Features
Modular architecture with interchangeable components

Rapid configuration and tuning of plunger tubes, barrels, springs, and layouts

Durable metal hardware and catches designed for repeated use

STL files pre-oriented for support-free printing and quick assembly
